PI Day PIE Sale!!

Good Morning,

The Friends of the Searsmont Library are hosting a PIE Sale on PI Day, 3/14.  We are hoping you will donate a pie, or 2, to our event.  Desert pies, savory pies and quiches are welcome.

The Friends are raising money for, and awareness of, The Dolly Parton Imagination Library mailings.  This program mails a book every month to enrolled children, age birth to 5, at no cost to them.  Funding for the mailings has been cut and we are working to allow the children to continue to receive books until the end of 2026.  Currently, there are  161children enrolled in the Tritown area, 27 of whom are Searsmont residents.

If you are able to donate a pie, or 2, please reply to me or to the library.
We also need folks to buy pies so come in on March 14, from 10 AM to 12 Noon at the lobby of the Searsmont Community Building.
